A brief history of Averta:

Averta company is studies on the production of UVC profiles and the need of the market in Iran based on the mass import of profiles from European countries since 1385. This company endeavors to produce this product domestically in addition to saving currency and avoiding wastage national budgets. Averta, by building up its own industrial group with trained personnel, is using the best and most modern raw material measuring equipment and using the most accurate mixing machines and modern European molds to mix and prepare polymer materials. Averta initially started with two extruder lines and one mixer line and over time and consumers realized the distinctive quality of their Averta profile, the company increased its machines to 2 extruder lines and 2 mixer lines. Receiving a quality certificate indicates the quality and strength of the production profiles based on the RAL GZ 1/2 standard. Averta Profile Management with its special kind of approach to meet domestic needs and exporting its profile, it plans to expand its production line to five extruder lines. Which is under investigation. We believe that with the sincere thought of Iranian specialists we can produce products that are at the pioneer level of this industry in the world and the country does not need to import this product. Primary materials of PVC profiles

Mixing machines
Averta is using the most sophisticated European mixing machines, the company mixes and prepares polymer materials. They are then stored in special silos for a specified period of time to be extruded, which is the main part of the production of profiles.

Extrusion machinery

Raw materials enter the extrusion stage after mixing, which is a very precise and sensitive step. In this section, the extruders adjust the profiles according to the type of cross-section and receive the composite materials and produce them in the form of profiles used to make a variety of PVC doors and windows. It is necessary to explain that different molds have been laid out to meet the needs of manufacturers to produce different types of door openings and types.

Laboratory

UPVC profiles are subjected to a variety of tests after production to check for quality. The Averta Lab is equipped with the most up-to-date laboratory equipment for UPVC profile properties and is on-site to enable all products to be monitored and tested by specialists during production and post-production process. Quality control

Averta has examined the most advanced UVA PVC profiles produced in the laboratory, following the assurance of product quality and accurate raw material testing, dimension and weight testing, color quality testing, impact strength testing.
